Consultancy

Sometimes, a full-time employee is not appropriate for the workload or cost-effective, not to mention that on-boarding is rarely swift.

Bring your team the external expertise that your project needs to succeed. A consultant can fill knowledge gaps efficiently and precisely.

Consultancy

What I can do for you

I can provide guidance on an ad hoc or structured basis, in line with the project’s requirements, on any of the fields which I have expertise in, such as:

  • information security governance;
  • administrative and procedural cybersecurity measures implementation;
  • hybrid architectures;
  • data networks;
  • networking protocols;
  • VoIP;
  • GNU/Linux environments.

For a more comprehensive list of technologies I have worked with, you can visit the About me page, or simply get in touch and discuss the project’s scope.

How it works

It all starts with a no-obligations conversation that we can schedule at a time convenient to all parties, allowing us to gauge the best way that I can bring value to your project. We would be discussing, under a strict confidentiality agreement:

  • details about your project and organisation;
  • the scope of my services;
  • schedules and the number of hours involved;
  • costs, either on an hourly or fixed basis.

As an alternative to a per-project engagement, we can maintain an agreement that allows you to enlist my services as and when needed, without the hassle of paperwork on each occurrence, for consultations that can last for as little as one hour.
