Establishing a relationship of trust is paramount, thus maintaining the security and privacy of your data is important to me. These terms apply to the processing of your data before we enter into an agreement for me to provide services as a contractor to you; the terms of any such agreement may supersede these conditions. I comply with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) requirements.

With regards to the data covered herein, I act in the capacity of a data controller. I will take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data I collect and process.

Information I collect

This website does not use browser-local storage or cookies of any kind, whether first-party or third-party.

Website access logs are retained for a maximum of 8 (eight) days.

Personal data provided using the contact form, via email, through a telephone call or any other physical or digital means is retained for a maximum of 90 (ninety) days from the last contact between us or the termination of an agreement for the provision of services between us, whichever occurs last, unless a subsequent agreement stipulates otherwise.
